Kevin J. Maag, Founder, CEO, and President
Kevin J. Maag founded IntegraTouch, LLC in 2002, and serves as its President and CEO, leading the daily operations, vision and growth efforts for this Information Technology (IT) Managed Services, Systems Integration/Operations, and Solutions Consultancy company.
Mr. Maag has developed and fostered a unique Solutions Delivery approach, enabling its clients a sustainable competitive advantage. His focus on building a corporate culture of: commitment, loyalty, open communications, and results, have led to the company’s year-over-year growth. During a period of contraction for consultancy firms, he was able to buck the trend, allowing his company to take business away from incumbent multi-national firms.
Throughout his 23 year career, delivering software and technology solutions for service providers and technology companies, he has helped organizations improve their bottom line by connecting IT to their business plan. He has served as a strategic advisor to his client’s executive team, helping to position them for growth or acquisition
Having held multiple executive positions with Frontier Communications/Global Crossing, including CIO and VP Global Product Development, Mr. Maag led the delivery of Telecom Products and BSS/OSS technology solutions in 27 countries around the world. He drove scalable standardized solutions while accounting for regional variances.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held executive positions with Vodafone/AirTouch, leading technology organizations in the Development and Delivery of Best-In-Class BSS/OSS solutions at the national level. These solutions afforded the company a cost leadership position in terms of operational effectiveness. Kevin was recognized for his organizational contributions and achievements by winning the prestigious Golden Touch Award two consecutive years.
Kevin started his engineering and management career with AT&T Bell Laboratories where he led Operations Consolidation and Standardization initiatives.
Kevin holds a MBA from the University of Dayton, and a BSEET with top honors from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Brian P. Fink, Founder
Mr. Fink is currently EVP of Technology and CIO for EarthLink where he is leading the company systems transformation, software development, product delivery, planning, IT operation, and IT services commercial operation. He provided initial strategy and execution for the companies shift to managed services (MS) which has grown rapidly year over year to off-set the company decline in its consumer internet and CLEC services. He has led the development of their next generation systems platform while taking out over 40% of IT costs in less than 2 years.
Prior to that, Mr. Fink founded IntegraTouch in 2002, where he was instrumental in landing the first set of customers for the company and building its core commercial services. He continues providing advisement to the company as a board member to enable continued growth.
Prior to that, he was SVP Technology and CIO for Global Crossing (Frontier Communications via acquisition) from 1994 to 2002. As a key executive for the multi-billion dollar telecommunications company he produced significant cost savings through integrations and consolidation of systems and network infrastructure while building next generation IP services capabilities to ensure new growth revenues with industry leading EBITDA returns. While at Global Crossing, he also Co-founded and assisted in managing a venture investment company within Frontier Communications parent company while also leading technology and IT organization. He initiated two multi-million deals that enabled overall return of 400% within 2.5 years.
From 1986 to 1994 he worked as a software developer and manager for AT&T Bell Labs where he led the development of signaling software (SS7) on next generation development platforms that was used in most all key AT&T domestic and international network elements.
He has his BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, his MS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University, and his MBA from Capital University, where his academic performance ranked him at or near the top of each of his 3 graduating classes. He has served on several board and advisor boards for successful early stage companies.
