Kevin Maag, CEO
Kevin oversees corporate functions while leading the growth of our IT professional services business. He founded IntegraTouch in 2002, and has led the profitable growth for the company while building the foundation for organizational scale. He led the design, delivery and operations of enterprise-level CRM, billing, supply chain, provisioning, and subscription management platforms, including one that supports over 30 Million subscribers. He has 30 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, and satellite radio, which includes senior leadership roles at Global Crossing, Frontier, and Vodafone, delivering competitive advantages through the design and delivery of systems and products. Kevin has been involved with a number of companies as an investor, advisor and board member. He has a MBA from the University of Dayton, and a BSEET from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Brian Fink, Managing Partner
Brian is assisting the execution of the company's growth strategy. He has 30 years of telecommunications and IT experience, which includes senior executive roles at Global Crossing, Frontier and EarthLink where he was instrumental in transforming the companies’ systems, products and operational processes and initiating new business units and developing their SD-WAN offering. He founded IntegraTouch in 2002 and landed the first set of customers for launching the core business. Further, he has served as an advisor and board member for several early stage start-ups including Sonus Networks and Webex. He has an MSEE from The Ohio State University, a BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, and a MBA from Capital University
Jennifer Edwards, Chief Administrative Officer
Jennifer is responsible for our business operations and governance. She has been with the company for over 14 years and enabled our business operations to scale in alignment with our customer and company growth. She assures compliance in support of our customers and government regulations. She has successfully led a number of key initiatives around corporate governance, systems, and employee culture. Prior to joining IntegraTouch, she held lead critical care positions with Riverside Methodist and Mt. Carmel hospitals. Jennifer has a BS in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
Wayne Federation, VP of Professional Services
Wayne is leading our IT professional services and staff augmentation business. He has over 17 years of experience in building and managing IT professional services business. He was instrumental in initiating and leading the growth at Wellington Steele and Associates for IT staffing and consulting services. Wayne has a rich history in national, regional, and small business environments where he has shown a deep understanding of IT services, including network, security, software development, application performance management, and infrastructure solutions. His industry experience includes Telecommunications, Banking, Education, Healthcare, Heath Insurances, Utilities, Manufacturing, DoD and Web Services. His expertise and experience ensure our clients can connect IT with their business in the most cost effective to maximize business value.
Denise Mitchell, Director of Human Resources
Denise has been with the company for over 14 years and is responsible for HR services. Her approach along with the founders has enabled a unique customer first culture for the company. Prior to IntegraTouch, Denise had various recruiting and HR roles at Vodafone, Cellular One, and Symix Computer Systems. Denise has a BA in Communications from Bowling Green University.
Rick Pigeon, VP of Data Analytics
Rick is currently working for an IntegraTouch valued customers in a key operational role where he is responsible for their supply chain analytics and tools. He has over 25 years in the network and IT services where he has held key leadership roles in product management, network planning, billing, network cost, and revenue assurance at EarthLink, One Communications, Schneider Communications, and US Xchange. Rick is an expert with key analytical tools such as SAS and he has continually shown the ability to become a data expert for key operational areas. In the growing data science space, his skills and business background a rare combination for ensuring business problems and processes are solved with real data.
Scott Provvidenza, VP of Sales
Scott is leading our sales team and is focused on driving global growth for our SD-WAN and IT recurring services, through our netVirtu services line. He brings 25+ years of channel development, product management, sales, and business development experience. Scott has a great track record for growing revenue for public companies and his own IT services company. He has developed unique and successful channel strategies for selling cloud based threat detection with over 250+ channel partners. His ability to understand the technology and lead with a customer first solution enables his success.
Shannon Silvus, CTO
Shannon is leading our technology and operations for our netVirtu recurring business. He brings 25 years of network architecture, network design, product development, operations and sales engineering expertise. He has held key leadership roles at Sprint, Global Crossing, Nortel, and CapeNet where he was successful in delivering networks and products that were successful in the market place. Shannon has a BS Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dave Slavny, VP of Business Development
David is leading our cloud outsourcing services business. He has 10+ years growing and running IT PSO organization servicing both the Commercial and Federal customers. He has a successful track record in building a team of Virtualization experts that became one of VMWare’s top outsourced service providers. He has developed PSO relationships with numerous System Integrators including: IBM, CACI, Mantech, Dell and EMC. Supported Federal Agency IT programs at, IRS, SSA, CBP, USAF, Navy and numerous Intelligence organizations. Further, he has over 20 years in investment banking business, raising capital for small to medium sized businesses, both private and public, involved on over 100 IPOs.
